This time I went to see izumo taisha in shimane prefecture and eat buckwheat(soba).
今回は島根県の出雲大社へお参りと蕎麦を食べに行ってきました。
izumo taisha is a sacred shrine where gods in japan gather once a year.
出雲大社は年に一回、日本中の神様が集まる神聖な神社です。
there is only a shrine where gods gather in japan.

speaking of izumo soba , it is famous for the soba noodles , where the buckwheat noodles overlap in three steps.
出雲そばといえば、蕎麦の入った器が三段に重なった割子蕎麦が有名です。
i will add soup and soy sauce that contains soba and condiments.
蕎麦と薬味の入った器につゆをかけて食べます。
separate condiments are included one by one , and when you finish eating soba at the first stage , transfer the remaining soup and condiment to the second stage and eat it.
一段づつ、別々の薬味が入っており、一段目のそばを食べ終わったら、残ったつゆと薬味を二段目に移して食べます。
second stage , third stage and condiments are added , and eating while enjyoying the change of teste is izumo’s “wariko soba”.
二段目三段目と薬味が加わり、味の変化を楽しみながら食べるのが出雲の割子そばです。

そんな、割子蕎麦の美味しいお店を紹介します。
the shop called “heiwa soba” a few minutes by car from izumo taisha was very delicious.
出雲大社から車で数分の平和蕎麦というお店がとても美味しかったです。
i went to eat some other shops , but the most pressing in this trip is ”heiwa soba”.
他にも何件か食べに行きましたが、今回の旅での一押しは”平和そば”です。
11o’clock – 15o’clock is business houres , but it will be early as soba disappears.
11時～15時が営業時間ですが、蕎麦が無くなると早めに店じまいとなります。
i went to the shop at 15o’clock but it was a place i could not eat soba if i was a little late.
15時ギリギリに行ったのですが、最後の蕎麦であと一歩遅ければ食べれない所でした。
